We’re looking for a Level 1-2 Service Desk Support Technician to help our customers resolve their IT incidents and requests. You will be on the front line to provide efficient support and ensure an optimal user experience. <\/p>\n

  • Technical support & assistance<\/strong>: answering end-user calls, assessing and documenting incidents.<\/li>\n
