SmartYou SA (hereinafter referred to as “we“) is a company under Swiss law whose purpose is to provide services in the field of information technology, representation and trade of services and tangible goods, the design, execution and management of any mandate, the rental of services and private placement, as well as advice and assistance in business management. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations in other companies, buy and sell real estate in order to achieve its purpose, and carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable property transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. As such, we attach particular importance to the protection of the personal data of visitors to our website and we are committed to preserving the confidentiality of the data collected. This privacy statement (or hereinafter: the “statement“) applies to the personal data we process when you use the smartyou website (www.smartyou.ch) (hereinafter referred to as the “site“). International transfers

The declaration is effective from 20.09.2025 and replaces any previous document.
